reternX provides tools principally through technology products to manage the process of freight consolidation.

We do not arrange consolidation and shipping of freight which is done by your Forwarding Agent.

reternX will initially be available in: Australia, USA, Canada and Europe.

We will be launching in new countries as we expand so if you don’t see your area, please suggest your Forwarding Agent.

For the convenience provided by the reternX platform, we charge a service fee which is typically under 2% of the transaction amount.

No, each respective Forwarding Agent sets their own freight charges which are usually dependent upon where the box is collected from and where it has to be delivered in the Philippines.

Whilst credit card and debit cards are standard. reternX through its payment services partner offers the best localised payment options in your country and currency.

At this stage we do not support cash payments.

Your Forwarding Agent is the provider of the freight forwarding service to you and is responsible for resolving disputes and providing refunds.

reternX does not collect the freight payment made by you in the customer app. It is processed by our payment partners directly to your Forwarding Agent.

Tracking commences from the time your order is created and is updated each time a delivery event occurs such as an agent collecting your box or when the container is in transit.

You can view the current tracking status of your box on the landing page of the customer app. Notifications are sent at each delivery event either in-app or via text message.

In some instances a Forwarding Agent may have a trading name which is separated to their legal name.

Before making an enquiry please check the amount charged matches the amount paid in the reternx customer app and electronic receipt sent to your email address.

reternX does not store any credit card or bank account information. These details are managed by our payment services partner who is a PCI Compliant Level 1 Service Provider, the highest standard of data security as measured by the Payment Card Industry.
